Christmas Greetings in the Name of Jesus Christ!
One of the real joys of the Holiday Season is the opportunity to say thank you and to wish you the very best for the New Year.
We at the Pentecostal Gospel Temple are thankful to the Lord for his faithfulness. As the year
2010 approaches, changes will be effected in the leadership of this assembly. As you may be
aware, I have named Elder Robert Stewart as Pastor Designate.
A twofold event has been scheduled during the month of February to observe this transition
as follows:-
    1. A dinner in honour of our co-founder and Pastor, Bishop the Hon. Dr. Carmen Lois
Stewart - Saturday, February 27 at 6:00 p.m. Location to be announced.

   2. Installation of Elder Robert Stewart as Pastor on Sunday, February 28 at 3:00 p.m. at
the Pentecostal Gospel Temple.

You are invited to share in this historic occasion. For further information please contact the
church office at 876.928.4614 or
pgt111@cwjamaica.com. May you have the gift of faith, the blessing of hope, and the peace of His love at Christmas and throughout the New Year.   Remember to keep us in your prayers.

With love and blessings,

Bishop Dr. the Hon. Carmen L. Stewart, General Superintendent, PGT Family of Churches

We are delighted that you are sharing with us today. As its best, worship touches every element of a person's life. It enlightens the mind, warms the heart, heals the body and touches the soul.

We are once again approaching the Christmas season. This is a wonderful season of the year to be thankful and to share the true meaning of Christmas.

The historic record of the birth of Christ can be found in Matt. 1;18-25 and Luke 2:1-20. Unlike any other baby, the one born that night in Bethlehem was unique in all of history. He was not created by a human father and mother. He had a heavenly pre-existence (John 1:1-2, 14). He is God, the Son - Creator of the universe (Phillipians 2:5-11). This is why
Christmas is called the Incarnation, a word which means "in the flesh." In the birth of Jesus, the eternal, all-powerful and all-knowing Creator came to Earth in the flesh.

Why would God do such a thing? Why would he come as a baby, instead of appearing in power and majesty? Why make himself a true man and live among us, when he knew full well how terribly he would be treated?

It was LOVE! It was necessary, if you are to be saved!

A warm and gracious welcome to everyone, especially our first time visitors. Amidst God's rich stirring and anointing, family, friends and fellowship are three words that truly describe the wonderful relationships we had during Convention 2009.

It was a life-changing, spirit-filled, powerful and anointed worship experience. The theme Fear Not! God is our Refuge is still appropriate today, tomorrow and in the future.

God is our protection and refuge from a world that hurts and abuses us. In him, we find sacredness, peace and calmness. In Him we are accepted, we are loved and are safe.

I take this opportunity to thank everyone who worked assiduously to make this Convention a success. Congratulations to the chairman - Elder Robert Stewart - Pastor Designate and his team who have done such a beautiful job. Whatever you did, your labour of love did not go unnoticed, God will reward you richly.

I know you all wanted me to take a sabbatical; so I will be off the island for a few weeks doing just that. You are a wonderful and caring saints and I love you all. Continue to pray for me. God bless you.

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We are delighted that you are able to visit with us today. We hope that your experience will be uplifting and spiritually enriching.

At PGT, we are "Preparing the way...for a people...with a purpose." We are striving for loyalty to a pursuit of excellence. We are determined to be committed to Christ...saving and building lives. Lives are being changed. Our congregation is being blessed. Victorious believing is a way of life.

We have just concluded our week of prayer. Through prayer, we can make tremendous improvements to the quality of our life, our relationship with God and each other. Do not cease to pray. We will continue to be a presence and a difference in the community. We will continue to help, respect and love each other. We will continue to spread the love of Jesus Christ by touching the lives of everyday people both naturally and spiritually.

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Here at the Pentecostal Gospel Temple, our desire is to create an atmosphere where the anointing of God's presence is experienced, faith in the power of God's word is practised, families are empowered to make God clear and visible to the world, and most importantly, the love of God is shared among everyone.

As the Church is a vital part of the community, we invite you to attend our services and programmes, and if you are looking for somewhere to worship, the Pentecostal Gospel Temple welcomes you.

As we celebrate a new year, this is the time to celebrate a new beginning, a time to wish all your friends and loved ones a happy new year. 2009 is here! Fill your hearts with new hopes, reach out for new opportunities and celebrate the New Year! Do not look regrettably into the past. It will not come back to you, but wisely, improve the present.  It is yours. Go forth to meet the shadowy future, without fear, and with a Godly heart.

It’s time to renew the bonds you share with your family and loved ones. Share the spirit of the New Year and ask the Lord to refresh your spirit and renew your minds to face the coming year.

Let this year be better than all the others. Vow to do some of the things you’ve always wanted to do but couldn’t find the time. Call up a forgotten friend. Drop an old grudge, and replace it with some pleasant memories. Vow not to make a promise you don’t think you can keep. Walk tall, and smile more. Don’t be afraid to say, “I love you”. Remember God promises everything that is positive and prosperous. Let us go forward with a new attitude and remember - “BLESSINGS ARE MINE IN 2009!”  The Board of Elders and I wish for you a very productive, prosperous and fulfilling New Year.

Greetings to all who are visiting today and special welcome to our first time visitors.

Together, let us labour as soldiers of the cross, knowing that our work is not in vain, and with a never wavering faith we wait for the glorious return of the coming Christ. We welcome our visitors to join with us as we seek together to discover God's way for our lives. Jesus is our model and our goal. We take the Bible seriously. We listen for what the Spirit invites us to be and do and join together in fulfilling that mission. It is always good to pray. A prayerful Christian is a powerful Christian and a prayerless Christian is a powerless Christian. We can see the working of God through our prayers and I urge everyone of you to be sincere and steadfast in your walk with God. God is investing in you; you must prove your investment fruitful as you abide in His secret place and continue to possess the enemy's gate. Let us resolve to pray passionately, unceasingly, and persistently. God bless you.
